- Inhale and force your elbows to the rear, pressing your scapulae together at the end of the movement
- Exhale as you complete the movement
This exercise works
- the delotids, particularly the posterior part;
- the infraspinatus; and
- the teres mino
At the end of the movement, when you pinch your scapulae together, it also works
- the trapezius and
- the rhomboids
